Who we are

What we collect and why

• Kiosk waitlist: your email address and ZIP code. We use them to tell you when a kiosk opens near you and to decide where to put new kiosks.
• Host a Kiosk requests: your business name, town, email, phone number (optional), type of business and any message. We use them to follow up with you about hosting a kiosk. Each request is emailed to our sales team and kept in our records.
• Kiosk finder: the town or ZIP code you search for, and your location if you tap "Near Me," are used only inside your browser to sort the kiosk list. They are not sent to us.
• Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver and protect the site.

Analytics and advertising

We use, or may use, analytics tools such as Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, and advertising tools such as the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel to measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how you reached the site, and your device and browser. The companies that provide them handle that information under their own privacy policies. You can:

• block or delete cookies in your browser settings;
• opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout;
• change your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account, or opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info.

At the kiosk

The kiosks don't collect personal information. When you pay at a kiosk, your card or phone payment is handled by our card processor under its own terms. This website doesn't take payments.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your name, email address, phone number or other contact information. We share personal information only with the service providers that run this website and our email (Cloudflare and Google), with the analytics and advertising providers described above, and when the law requires it.

The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, icons and map code from cdnjs, and map images from OpenStreetMap, and the "Directions" links open Google Maps. Those services receive your IP address when your browser loads from them, under their own privacy policies.

Emails from us

If you join the waitlist, we'll only email you about Grab & Grill. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email privacy@grabandgrill.com to be removed.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Host a Kiosk requests: up to 3 years.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you by emailing privacy@grabandgrill.com.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and only staff who need it can see it.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
